Return & Refund Policy

Made to Order Products:
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed and created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, we’ve got you covered!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesauceteam.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Wrong Size or Address:
Please double-check your sizing and shipping information before placing your order.
We can’t offer free replacements for orders with incorrect addresses or sizes selected by the customer.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, since production begins shortly after. Once printing starts, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

Refund Timing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
